About the Job
- Filling of work activities in relevant documents and submitting to the technical office.
- Managing scheduled shutdowns related to the production lines.
- Managing unexpected shutdowns related to the production lines by diagnosing the problem and finding solutions in order to be back on our production track.
- Communicating with the purchasing department to submit purchase requests for items needed in the project.
- Following up purchase requests with the purchasing department.
- Keeping track of the inventory for the spare parts (Mechanical and Electrical), that will be needed in the scheduled shutdowns and the unexpected shutdowns.
- Supervise technician daily activities and arranging daily work schedules.
- Support the technical office in preparing the work matrix.
- Submitting schedules to the top management informing the duration of every project, in order to achieve our production goals.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Project management and supervision skills
