Job Description
- Ensuring the quality, prices and timing of the supply.
- Follow up with finance to make sure that the check is delivered on time.
- Follow up on price changes, both global and local.
- Follow-up inventory balances for operational items and raw materials.
- Creating a list of suppliers and updating them in an ongoing manner.
- Supervising the various stages of negotiation with suppliers in coordination with the line manager.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation
Job Requirements
- Preferably residents within the 6th October zone
- Bachelor Degree.
- 1 to 5 Years of experience (Preferred in Hardware)
- Strong Negotiation and communication skills.
- Having experience in Foreign & local purchasing.
- Must have experience in computer hardware (desktop,laptops,servers&networking devices, ETC)
Must have perfect relation ship with all IT hardware vendors & suppliers in Egyptian market - Having experience working with all suppliers and resources.
- ability to plan, organize and manage time.
