Job Description
• Making Product designs and process development for all products especially trailers.
• Making full workshop drawings of all products especially trailers.
• Capability of modifying or developing to meet machine capability.
• Preparing the BOM and cutting sheets for all our new products using Nesting software.
• Making & Design samples for new products.
• Reverse engineering of new products and machine spare parts.
• Checking the availability of manufacturing.
• Continuous development of product design and its manufacturing processes
• Supporting Production, Quality, Marketing and Sales departments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks & AutoCAD)
- Experience in trailers design is a MUST
- Experience in Mechanical handling equipment (Belt conveyors, hoppers, Bucket elevators..etc)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…)
- Experience in sheet metal or steel fabrication.
- Very good in English.
