A Talent_Acquisition Supervisor
For a Leading Trade and Distribution Co.
Location: Qattamya
Reporting to: Senior HRBP
Duties
- Responsible for development, implementation and administration of recruitment programs
- Handling activities related to dealing with different sourcing channels (Recruitment Agencies, employment fairs, social media platforms, etc..,)
- Set team goals and targets and monitor progress against recruitment department metrics.
- Responsible for measuring team productivity.
- Work with hiring manager(s), HR, and appropriate stakeholders to determine final decisions on candidate hiring;

Requirements
- High leadership skills
- +6 years of experience in HR (at least 3 years leading a team) preferably in FMCG
- Male Only (Max age 35)
- HR Diploma will be an added value
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to deal with different cultures.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment matrix & trends: retention, quality of hire, net throughput, etc.
- Ability to lead a team
- Excellent command of English
- SAP user
