Technical Recruiter And Brand Ambassador

We are looking for an individual who has strong organizational skills, has excellent communication skills, is willing to learn about our industry and has the drive to use these skills to find high caliber, likeminded people to join our team! You will also be a brand ambassador for Trufla, leading outreach efforts by building relationships and networking with various organizations and universities to let people know how awesome it is to work with Trufla! Together we will elevate candidate prospecting and lead generation techniques to attract the very best talent. Your drive to think ahead, see the big picture and work closely with our teams in Egypt will lead to your success within our team! 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attract and cultivate candidates for priority positions that meet immediate and future recruitment needs, assessing them for level, fit, motivations and interests through discovery calls, phone screenings, and interviews.
  • Collaborating in the discovery, vetting, and evaluation through sourcing and prospecting tools, including optimizing candidate relationship management workflows to ensure we are efficiently advancing recruitment efforts.
  • Owning the end-to-end full cycle for technical and non-technical recruitment of contract and permanent resources, using some of the industry's most groundbreaking recruitment tools and technology.
  • Ushering candidates through the hiring process, maintaining communication and timely feedback to provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Displaying behavior’s of a hardworking and trusted employer brand representative - a go-to for the team that believes in honesty, and integrity.
  • Promoting and identifying key stakeholders, engaging and attending different networking groups, meetups and universities to continue to attract top talent.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Deep understanding of sourcing, headhunting, and recruitment pipeline development strategies and techniques
  • Experience working in an agile recruiting environment or hyper-growth software start-up, balancing contending priorities in a high-touch environment
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruitment specializing in software development industry
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic is required.
  • Strong e-mail writing and listening skills.
  • Ability to bring order from uncertainty, proficient in looking after vast amounts of ambiguity and constant change
  • University degree in Human Resources or Computer Science
