Job Description
- Develop and implement guidelines for training new team members while provide refresher for current staff.
- Manage workflow for delivery man.
- Oversees the day-to-day performance of delivery man.
- Create and manage team schedules.
- Follow up all delivery process start from the store to the customer.
- Evaluate delivery man performance and provide the feedback.
- Manage a team’s efficiency and build a positive team environment.
- Help to resolve employees issues and problem.
- Handle inquiries from customers and address problems and complaints in respectful timely manner.
- Lead, guide and direct delivery man regarding delivery movement schedules and customer delivery expectations.
- Report to his manager with a feedback and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Max age 30.
- 3 to 4 years of in the same position.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Organizer & good planner.
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
