Job Description
Investigating and analyzing business activities to make them more efficient by using IT resources & tools. Creating an integrated IT system to deal with relative business requirements. Solving organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing customer requirements; recommending system solutions. Communicating with other teams to reach company goals, vision & mission by using company's strategy and resources.
Develop a clear understanding of SiliconExpert's functions and business processes for the purpose of documenting business needs in the form of requirements.
Also include these responsibilities:
- Customer Account Management and Monitoring including usage reports
- Customer & Product Support through support tickets, calls, and meetings, demos, trainings etc.
- Documentation on SiliconExpert business, projects, concepts etc.
- Manage key customer project deliveries and deadlines
- Overall tool usage analytics to help determine key product decisions
- Investigate software issues and root causes
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Requirements
All certifications and other designations:
- (MS certified is a plus - Project management certified is a plus) (or equivalent experience)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 - 6 years of experience in the field.
- Fluency in the English language.
