Job Description
- Assist in defining the yearly strategic sales plan for the network and budget preparation.
- Monitor and review the weekly and monthly branches achievement reports provided by the branch managers and take the proper corrective actions to achieve the target.
- Design new initiatives to meet the customer needs and follow up on the implementation and progress.
- Set plans to maintain customer loyalty and acquire new customers.
- Review stock levels with stock control, branch managers and regional manager
- Implement actions regarding stock control with Stock Controller/ Branch Managers and Regional Manager.
- Ensure the fulfillment of the branch manager requirements from other departments (supply chain, licensing, sales, marketing, facility, couriers, IT and HR) in coordination with the Ops. Support Team.
- Ensure the adherence to the quality requirements in the respective branches.
- Organize Branch Managers’ meetings to review the branches performance: sales achievements, marketing activities, training and regularly provide minutes of meetings to the Regional Manager.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree of clinical pathology is a must, MD is preferable.
- Excellent Command of English.
- From 5 to 8 years of experience in the same field.
- Only Chemist managers and Branch managers with medical educational background will be eligible to apply.
