Job Description
Job-specific responsibilities:
- Work closely with the teams to set a marketing plan that will deliver on growth targets.
- Develop and oversee the execution of 360 degree growth and CRM campaigns
- Allocate campaign budgets in the most efficient and effective way; able to understand the ROI and effectiveness of each campaign and tactics used.
- Work closely with vendors verticals to launch nationwide and city-based marketing campaigns
- Understand customer behavior , have appropriate deep dives, focus groups etc. to collect on-ground actionable insights.
- Identify gaps and opportunities that are relevant to the business priorities and develop a 360 marketing approach to address them.
- Consistently monitor the market to ensure that e Aswaaq is offering the best value across affordability, engagement, and acquisitions.
- Testing new concepts and optimizing campaign results based on detailed analysis across the funnel and insights from our customer base
- Drive marketing partnerships that deliver growth (new users and reorders) and fit the brand values.
- Track and evaluate KPIs of marketing channels (SEM, display, retargeting, social, Affiliate, Mobile Networks ) and determine necessary adjustments to optimize overall marketing effectiveness in line with budgeted marketing spend.
- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics.
- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment.
- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests and spend scaling tests on campaigns online to identify what works best.
- Optimize marketing budgets to minimize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers.
- Drive revenue, achieve targeted ROI and maintain positive KPI trends; Determine monthly, quarterly and annual revenue forecasts and budgets
Managerial responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of departmental plan and processes
- Lead, coach, and support subordinates regularly, furthermore, appraise their performance.
- Build and maintains team spirit
- Manage change.
- Prepare different kinds of reports that shows projects’ / tasks’ progress.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, e-commerce, online services, or related experience with a proven record of delivering work with measurable results, on time and on budget.
- Experience in building strategic marketing plans and integrated marketing campaigns, with expertise in strategy, positioning, channel planning, go-to-market, and measurement.
- Able to establish priorities and communicate expectations, working with others to push projects to completion.
- Strong analytical skills & attention to detail with swift execution
- Extensive experience with online marketplaces
- Must have impeccable communication skills.
- Experience managing marketing budget and local agencies.
- Working with ecommerce partners and digital channels.
- Experience in product launches and events.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
