Job Description
We’re a fast-growing multinational company. We work with some of the biggest billion-dollar-revenue brands in the US!
We're looking for someone who's flexible with working evening shifts (8 hours per day) and can start immediately.
Thursdays and Fridays are the weekends!
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Recruit specific roles, such as Graphic designers, SEO experts, and digital marketing-related roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Host and participate in job fairs ( virtual job fairs )
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for a future job opening
- Assists the HR department in any needed tasks
Job Requirements
- Must have 1-3 years of recruitment experience.
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
- Must accept working hours (From 2 PM to 10 PM & From 12 PM to 8 PM) 2 shifts rotational
- Background in Social Media, Advertising and Marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
