Job Description
- Responsible for the development of the project from the Schematic Design stage until the production of the construction documents stage.
- Prepare a detailed scope of work for the project.
- Guide the team members and help them make the utmost use of their potentials.
- Coordinate with other disciplines inside/outside the company and make sure the project is fully coordinated.
- Attend meetings inside/outside the company and record minutes of the meeting.
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and make project log from start to end date.
- Make sure that the terms of the project contract are fulfilled by the company and the client alike.
- Liaison between the project manager and the project architects ( senior and junior)
- Resolve technical problems and participate in project coordination with other disciplines.
- Guide project architects and give them any needed knowledge.
- Review all drawings or documents prepared by the project architects.
Job Requirements
- 10+ Years of working experience is a must.
- B.Sc degree in Architecture.
- Advanced AutoCAD, Revit, 3D MAX, and Adobe Suite.
- This position required excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written.
- The qualified candidate will use their high level of technical/computer design skills to turn ideas into reality.
- Should have a good experience in the following software but not limited to AutoCAD, Revit, 3D MAX, and Adobe Suite.
