Job Role:
- Improve company hiring process and talent acquisition.
- Review and update if needed core and technical competencies for each role.
- Codevelop education plan for each role.
- Continuously improve and develop innovative awarding programs.
- Update new hires induction / orientation process.
- Ensure company compliance with government regulations.
- Ensure employee compliance with company code of conduct.
- Continuously monitor and learn new trends in human resources.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent in negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication with all levels in the organization.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related regulations and laws.
- Fast learner and willing to always expand his/her HR-related knowledge and skills.
- Very good in utilizing word, excel and powerpoint.
- Capability to quickly learn HRMS and similar information systems.
- Very good in English (speaking, reading and writing).
- Min years of experience in same job role 3 years.
