Job Description
- Works in coordination with startups, designing, planning, and managing events, projects, workshops, and training programs that take place in the center.
- Works in coordination and developing, managing schedules, detailed plans, and timelines of different activities taking place in the center.
- Manages all aspects of the daily operations.
- Collaborates with and supports incubated companies and individuals.
- Coordinates all related procurement processes and manage communications among the center.
- Develops a network of technical mentors and experts.
- Documents processes, and produce progress reports.
- Participates as team member in assigned working groups and project teams as assigned.
- Maintains departmental responsibilities (report preparation, meetings, email, phone, etc.).
- Storing and compiling of data and documents both electronically and in paper form. Filing & keeping records for invoices, contracts.
- Maintain a good filing system as well as e-archive for administration documents.
- Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in entrepreneurship and sustainable community development
- B.Sc degree from an accredited university.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and stress management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion towards community development, and achieving public value.
- Research, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to details and task-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English language (oral and written).
