Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Being the first point of contact with BRANTU’s new recruits, your main role is to provide our new colleagues (we call them family) a smooth, timely and legally compliant onboarding process. As BRANTU’s People Operations Associate, you also work on employee’s employment journey in terms systems, benefits and facility administration.
Responsibilities:
- Work with selected candidates and new hires to complete their HR onboarding, documentation and registration
- Handle employees' insurance procedures through delivering insurance checks to Insurance Authority and preparing forms that include 1,2 and 6
- Ensure all internal company policies regarding on Human Resources aspects are thoroughly, fairly and timely implemented
- Maintain and update employee files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law
- Work on the company’s HRIS for amendments including but not limited to O/T, adjustments, leaves and vacation management as well as other payroll-related variables
- Follows up with department managers on contract renewals, probationary evaluations and existing employee related procedural matters
- Stay aware and updated on legislation in his/her work area and propose best-practice and up-to-date amendments to the Director of People
- Support the People Development team in sourcing/screening applications as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 1 Up to 2 years of experience that included direct interaction with labor and insurance authorities
- Employee Self Service, Time and Attendance and Core modules on a Human Resources Information Systems is required
- Arabic and English Fluency
- Ability to communicate, explain, cooperate and empathise with all employees at different levels
