Job Description

Job Brief: 

  • Alnafitha IT is seeking a talented, resourceful and energetic Digital Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team. The primary focus of this role is to manage, develop strategy, maintain & improve the online presence of the Alnafitha IT, and execute digital marketing tactics that drive business goals and objectives through omni-channel approaches. This position requires strong technical competency and familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation tools and techniques.
  • You will be responsible also for collecting and interpreting the data (website analytics, search and social optimization, etc.) and the distillation of this data into coherent information about audience, behaviors, trends and goals. This information directly drives the marketing strategies the Digital Marketing Manager creates.
  • The role will include liaising with our internal departments to facilitate the implementation of the daily digital marketing tasks and assuring compliance with all digital marketing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities: 

  • Liaising and networking with the internal departments including marketing team, creative team, technical writers, product managers, business development managers, freelancers, etc. in order to facilitate the implementation the digital marketing tasks to meet the deadline.
  • Assure compliance with all digital marketing policies and procedures.
  • Create and implement strategies and corresponding content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, campaigns, social media, email marketing, etc.
  • Collaborate with content marketing to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
  • Collaborate with team and cross-functional leaders to review digital marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Build, update & optimize the webpage, emails, social media and ensure messaging is focused, optimized for search, consistent with corporate branding guidelines, and enhances user engagement and conversion.
  • Revise and maintain marketing materials & designs (ie: website, Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, collaterals)
  • Perform testing for broken links, outdated copy, and identify site and user issues using Google Search Console
  • Develop and execute the digital tactics & journeys on our marketing automation platform.
  • Build and optimize digital templates (email, nurture, advertising, events, etc.) and asset templates (emails, landing pages, forms and reports).
  • Make recommendations for marketing automation/technology enhancements based on industry trends and innovations.
  • Responsible for anything and everything email. Monitor and manage email deliverability, improve click-through-rates, open-rates, and metrics in regard to email as a channel through A/B testing, subject line optimization, consulting and recommendations to marketing colleagues and more.
  • Maintaining a schedule for email delivery and implementing one-off-blasts, statement emails, newsletters, email series and more.
  • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Regularly tracks and gets insights into competitors' strategies.
  • Analyzing marketing data (SEO, campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) through the use of web analytics (including A/B testing) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English
  • In-depth knowledge of keywords research and Google Analytics.
  • Solid Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, Social Media, content marketing, email, etc.)
  • Experience working with a CRM tool
  • Experience with one or more Marketing Automation and/or Customer Data Platforms
  • Experience developing automated marketing campaigns in a marketing automation
  • Experience in Website optimization tools and conversion tracking (UTM links, etc.)
  • HTML and CSS knowledge (preferred)
  • Familiarity with email distribution platforms, such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact
  • Solid knowledge of the buyer journey & nurturing concept
  • Experience in Photoshop is a plus
  • Experience in WordPress is a plus
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word/Excel/Outlook).
  • Knowledge in IT/ software industry (preferred)
  • Experience in B2B marketing (preferred)
  • Experience in KSA market (preferred)
