General Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment Manager will be, first and foremost, accountable for attracting top, profile-fit students to enroll at the University of Hertfordshire in Egypt through direct outreach efforts.
Duties:
- Build a database of schools that meet the university’s core profile.
- Utilize and develop strong relationships with school owners, counselors, and key decisions. makers to give us access to prospective students and their families.
- Set goals for the student recruitment team for school outreach and conversion.
- Select and manage the relationship with a selected number of university recruitment agencies. to expand our recruitment efforts and maximize our reach.
- Lead efforts to ideate and create student recruitment programs through different channels (face-to-face, digital, and more).
- Lead efforts to design and develop high quality materials and content to support our student recruitment efforts.
- Liaise with the different academic departments to engage them in our school outreach efforts.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree – Masters is a value added.
Experience:
- 8 - 10 years
Skills:
- Excellent command of English and Arabic
- Strong relationships with key decision makers in international schools in Egypt, especially academic/career counselors
- Strong presentation, persuasion and negotiation skills
- A results-oriented character
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to forecast and set team and individual targets
- Ability to create sales territory plans
