Job Description

Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations.

  • Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
  • Implement business development plans and identify all business opportunities to increase sales volumes and market share.
  • Establish business/market segment strategies to achieve growth/profitability objectives and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop relationships with new customers at all levels, in order to develop an awareness of the benefits of the products and services.
  • Visit existing and new customers regularly to develop and renew relationships to facilitate the expansion of Companies.
  • Pay attention to competitors and their activities within the market
  • Provide customers with quotations, develop action plans, and facilitate the implementation plan.
  • Negotiate the terms of the sales agreement and close the deal.
  • Work closely with other divisions to find opportunities to cross-sell.
  • Prepare daily/ weekly and monthly reports.
  • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches to potential B2B customers.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
  • Plan for the company's marketing success
  • Determine key business development KPIs
  • Work with sales and marketing teams.
  • Do regular market research.
  • Develop a sales strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate business development activities.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of working experience in business development in a similar B2B industry with a track record of developing Market (Medical service).
  • Experience In Digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent time management and organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure new work and clients on large projects.
  • Maintaining short and long term business development Plans.
