Job Description

  • Excellent expertise in Oracle HCM (HRMS ) processes ( implementation and Support)
  • Good understanding on business requirements and mapping with HRMS
  • Conduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution
  • Configure the system to match the business requirements and system design
  • Should good techno functional knowledge and have good hold on Oracle HCM application
  • Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in some of the Oracle HCM application modules like Core HR, Security, Absence management, Performance management, Goal management,
    Talent management & Compensation modules
  • Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scope
  • Transfer product knowledge to the project team and to the client via knowledge transfer
  • Should have working experience in HDL, HCM Data Extracts, ITBI, BIP and create extracts from scratch and manage current system interfaces.
  • Resource should be able to make personalization and have exposure to page composure /TDS
  • good experience writing sqls.
  • Should have practical work experience in identifying new features, testing Oracle Quarterly patch updates and fix bugs
  • Should possess good documentation skill to prepare detailed documentation on the changes made
  • Provide best practices to clients in Oracle cloud application with current changes
  • Ability to manage customer expectations, proactively identify the risks and mitigate them before it occurs
  • Having exposure to Taleo is an additional advantage
    Have completed more than one full project life cycle engagement in Oracle HCM (Cloud or on Prem) in a senior role.
  • Have a positive, dynamic and flexible attitude
  • Be able to work well as part of a mixed team including Functional Consultants, Project Managers and Technical Consultants (both on and off-shore)
  • Wider experience of HR processes from a business context
  • Experience of other Oracle Cloud modules including: Compensation, Learning , Benefits, Talent Management or Helpdesk.
  • Oracle Cloud and CIPD certifications would be an advantage

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very good in English
  • Ready to start ASAP.
  • Fluent in English
  • Successful sales track record.

  • 4-5 years of experience in the same field
