Job Description
Technical Responsibilities:
- Perform recording, filing, and reporting of all financial transactions in a proper manner in accordance with stipulated policies and procedures.
- Assist create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
- Assist monitoring internal controls and examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
- Help identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions.
- Contribute in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
- Prepare accurate adhoc reporting, when required.
- Prepare regulatory reporting, as applicable.
- Assist in managing quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
- Assist in identifying areas to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs.
- Assist Financial Controller in preparation of reports / presentation for senior executives, stakeholders, and Board members, as and when required.
- Provide support to evaluate and manage financial risks.
- In addition to the above, the incumbent shall also perform all other duties related to job nature assigned by the Line Manager.
