Job Description

  • Developing Initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with client (the brief) and setting project schedule.
  • Determine Client’s needs and developing design concepts
  • Follow Client preferences with regards to textures, colors, style, decoration…ETC and producing ‘sample’ or ‘mood’ board for presentation to client.
  • Must be creative, excellent organizational skills, knowledge of products, materials, furniture and architecture history.
  • Create 3D photo realistic renderings of both exterior and interior environments to suit Client’s needs, their budget and the type of the building.
  • Produce high quality renderings under tight deadlines.
  • Integrate design requirements with architecture.
  • Undertake design project from concept to completion.
  • Seek continuing professional development.
  • Work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Extensive experience in preparing Working & Detailed Drawings
  • Past Involvement in high end projects.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time Management skills particularly in handling various projects and deadlines.
  • Strong Micro Soft office skills, specially Excel.
  • Must have eye for design, including colors.
  • Researching mood imagery and materials where appropriate.
  • Ability to work well within a fast paced, dynamic and deadline oriented environment.
  • High Teamwork spirit.
  • AutoCAD proficiency required.
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
  • Presentable.
  • Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Applied Arts (Décor / Interior).
  • Able to work under pressure, flexible working hours, Multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding service standards.
  • Should be self-starter, self-learner and independent.
  • High administrative, communication and organizational skills.
