Job Description

  • Design and managing the HR systems
  • Design and managing all systems of administration.
  • Strategic and action planning – design and managing
  • Design and managing all procedure manuals
  • Develop a thorough understanding of both tech and non tech functions and role criteria in order to estimate recruitment needs.
  • Manage various case work including absence, performance management and review, training, redundancy (where applicable) and other employee relations cases.
  • Organise and maintain a calendar of social and team building events to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Manage and make recommendations on new employee benefits and perks.
  • Sources, researches, interviews, screens and refers job candidates for job openings
  • Align with management and section heads to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
  • Writes job descriptions or reviews and edits job descriptions
  • Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Develops and coordinates job postings, internal and external
  • Performs reference and background checks on applicants
  • Coordinates all communication with applicants
  • Files and maintains employment records for all new hires
  • Offers candidates and negotiate packages
  • Update organization structure when needed
  • Write policies and procedures when needed
  • Coordinate training events and keep a track record of all training sessions and budget
  • Assist in organizational development initiatives and HR projects
  • Assist in personnel and payroll function

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
  • Current employment law knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and verbal)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good command of HR softwares.
