Job Description
- Resolves customer complaints via phone or face to face.
- Seizes opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Greets customers warmly and ascertains any problem they may have.
- Advises on any information the customer may need.
- Works with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Coordinates with other departments to Solve Customers' Complaints.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience preferably in the real-estate field.
- Excellent communication skills.
