Job Description
- Develop a comprehensive SEO and SIM strategy and implementation plan
to improve the company’s search engine digital presence and reputation - Work with different departments, vendors, and other employees to
develop marketing materials and implement the SEO strategy - Co-create metrics, monitor and generate actionable insights to further
improve the company’s digital presence and lead generation - Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website,
on-line/off-line collateral materials - Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
- Co-create compelling and high-quality website & social media content
- Co-manage all digital properties including, but not limited to,
company website, social media accounts, and YouTube Channel - Create strategies and plans for content creation in relation to
relative keywords - Use SEO tools like SEMrush for keyword research/website audits
- Identify points of improvement across our multiple websites
- Work closely with our web developer to improve any areas in need
- Build campaigns on Google, Facebook, Amazon, and other marketing channels
- Optimize campaigns to increase performance, lower cost per leads, and/or increase volume
- Troubleshoot ad manager issues or campaign problems
- Write high converting, direct response copy for ad campaigns
- Support the development team with pixel and conversion tracking
- Research keywords and competitor campaigns for a new client build
- Build unique and custom audiences in the Facebook Ads manager
- Analyze campaigns and provide strategic suggestions to Account Managers
- Communicate and collaborate with Account Managers on campaign builds and performance
- Periodic meetings with clients alongside Account Managers
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Familiarity with SEO industry programs, i.e., Google Analytics
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
- Experience and knowledge of PPC
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
- Comfortable in WordPress, Google Ads and learning new platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Self-motivated, assertive, and responds to sales metrics
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with rapidly
changing priorities - Contributes to building a positive team spirit and puts success of
team above own interests - Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
