Job Description

KONE Middle East and Africa are embarking upon an exciting growth phase and we are now looking for an experienced French Speaking TA Specialist to be based in Cairo, Egypt who will have the opportunity to drive the holistic TA offering for Egypt and North Africa as well as support other countries within the region.

Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality talent acquisition services for different frontlines, partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to provide end-to-end talent acquisition activities that support KONE’s current and future business needs, engage and motivate employees and develop KONE as a great place to work.

What will you do?

  • Partner with the hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand short- and long-term talent requirements
  • Deliver talent acquisition activities including, e.g. employer branding actions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, and offering for white and blue-collar roles
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally
  • Participate in building talent pools and foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Contribute to the creation and development of TA Center of Expertise roadmaps, e.g. by sharing country/cluster feedback and business requirements
  • Evaluate the business environment and workforce trends on an ongoing basis to make recommendations for units to achieve and exceed the TA targets
  • Ensure that policies and processes support KONE’s TA strategy and fulfill all needed regulations, laws, and employment standards
  • Complete various reporting requirements and provide market data and insights to stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1-4 years of solid experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, including employer branding, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessments
  • Hands-on experience in attracting top talent using social media and other channels
  • Good influencing skills and ability to work in a global matrix organization
  • Excellent English & French language skills are a must
  • Experience within North Africa & GCC markets is a big plus
  • Excellent reporting skills and ability to use MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint...etc.) effectively
