Job Description
Job purpose:
- To carry out QS Engineer of ongoing Structural & Architecture works at all stages.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Carry out and Revise quantity takeoff sheets submitted by the contractor
- Evaluating materials on site for the purpose of the payment certificate
- Revise invoices for contractors and other stakeholders.
- Compare between the initial quantities & actual quantities of the projects based on the variations & omissions occurring during the project.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Civil or Architecture Engineering
- 3-5 Years of Experience
- Must have worked in Construction site in multiple locations.
- Involvement in real estate development projects “residential & other domains” is preferable
- Well Organized & Result oriented
