Job Description
- Assist in setting sales plan with national sales (Monthly /Quarterly/Annual) by category.
- Achieves annual sales target by category.
- Coordinates with the Marketing department activities and promotions.
- Mange’s products visibility & availability on the platforms (update prices, products description, photos, full range availability…etc.).
- Ensures timely listing, availability, and visibility of new launches.
- Ensure orders are filled with products requested or comparable substitute in a timely and effective manner.
- Responds to customer requests in a timely manner and resolves problems.
- Follows up on all notices for action and new account opportunities.
- Apply the agreed sales plan and recommend enhancement where needed.
- Follow up with the Logistics & Warehouse departments to ensure that all the operations are done correctly and on time.
- Reports inventory issues such as out of stock items to department heads in a timely manner.
- Collect the payments from clients on time and ensure no overdue.
- Follow up with the finance team to finalize all the financial operations related to the clients.
- Generates weekly / monthly reports such as (Sales vs. budget, overdue, availability, visibility, products stocks and turnover rate / Client).
- Issue Promotional Calendars performance / Event.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 3 -5 Yrs. of experience in E-Commerce Sales, FMCG background
- Very good command of English.
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power-Point and outlook).
- Understand the retail/marketplace business module.
- Very good analytical skills.
- Perfect Communication skills.
- Sales Skills.
- Negotiation Skills.
