Job Description

 

  • Responsible for Dealing with governmental bodies.
  • Responsible for Dealing with the different authorities in the governmental departments, electricity, water, telecommunication, etc, for contracting and paying bills on regular basis.
  • Responsible for Coordination of legal cases with legal advisors
  • Responsible for Coordinator of permits and licenses for the different departments and outlets.
  • Responsible for Control and follow-up of current contracts to avoid governmental fines.
  • Responsible for Select and supervise security control for all company’s properties
  • Responsible for identifying training requirements for department staff and to submit a training plan to the human resources department.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all staff attends statutory training sessions and that records are kept up-to-date at all times.
  • Responsible for to act in accordance with company’s disciplinary procedures and to consult with the human resources manager prior to taking a disciplinary action
  • Responsible for Responsible for communications system of company (telephone, fax, international lines and mobile lines), and of supervising and administering the telephone department personnel.
  • Responsible for trademarks acquisition.
  • Responsible for all legal contracts of the Company premises.
  • Responsible for undertaking any other Responsibilities requests made by Senior Management.
  • Responsible for all aspects of health and safety within the department on a day to day basis.  To set consistent high standards of health and safety in all working practices.
  • Responsible for the department’s fire training and practices and to ensure safe working practices within the department.
  • Responsible for security policies and procedures are adhered to and all accidents, hazards and repairs are report immediately to the necessary departments.
  • Responsible for ensuring a full understanding of the current licensing laws and legal requirements regarding fresh food handling and storing.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Very good Communication Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law
  • Flexible and can work under pressure.
  • Work experience in factories is a must
