Job Description

  • Support the CEO, Parks` Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the company`s objectives are met. 
  • Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues. 
  • Ensure HSE compliance in different parks (Borg EL Arab, Beni Suef, Sadat & Assuit) and perform regular HSE audits in all parks areas of business and operations. 
  • Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters. 
  • Provide support to the dept on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives eg. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc 
  • Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements 
  • Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately. 
  • Participate and assist the CEO, Projects Manager & parks Managers in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. 
  • Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed.
  • Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the CEO for promulgation to the management 
  • Provide HSE aspects of all Bid Submissions as requested 
  • Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures. 
  • Conduct HSE training and orientation to all new employees. 
  • Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards. 
  • Review safety obligations of the clients and ensure they are carried out as per the terms of the agreement, and communicated to the CEO, parks` managers. 
  • Ensure safety boards with postings including but not limited to: Health and safety policy, inspection and audit results, hazard assessment, location of first aid, etc. are maintained and current. 
  • Coordinate a regular meeting with projects team to review issues, trends and upcoming conditions or events. 
  • Other duties as required. 

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Engineering, with specialization in QHSE or related discipline. 
  • Possess certification in NEBOSH 
  • Min 5 years’ relevant experience in the same position. 
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001, ISM, ISPS standards and HSE management systems is highly preferred. 
  • Strong passion in HSE. 
  • Males only
  • Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point. 
  • Able to work independently and meticulous. 
  • Ability to travel regularly
