Job Description

  • Follow up development calendar with customers.
  • Follow up line matrix and customer for SMS.
  • T/P Accuracy/Analysis.
  • SMS Order preparation/Sending + pre-allocation in M3.
  • Follow Up Lab dips/Strike off/First Bulk approval.
  • Follow up Fit/Size Set/PPS/Top samples approval.
  • Development/Approval of all trims/accessories.
  • Accessories + Garment Testing/Approval.
  • Prepare Style File.
  • Weekly meeting/ Conference call with the customer to review development status.
  • Review customer manuals/standard for packaging.
  • Creation of invoices for all samples.
  • Creation of fabric DO Internally.
  • Risk assessment for all items including packaging/accessories/product.

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 2 to 4 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree from related Business Administration
  • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices.
  • Strong customer awareness and understanding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills.
  • English: Good in Speaking, reading and Writing.
