Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Purpose: 

Ensuring the implementation of the organization policies & procedures, by performing ongoing scheduled audit, and follow up to ensure findings closure & quality of implementation for better compliance with the current policies & procedures, and recommend future improvements

Key Responsibilities: 

Auditing:

• Perform the internal auditing cycle start to end, based on policies & procedures
• Perform ongoing audit for the operations function for quality assurance purpose
• Prepare a complete audit schedule according to the documented processes
• Update the audit schedule according to the new documented processes.
• Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, and compliance with all policies & procedures
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results
• Prepare audit findings memorandum
• Participates in meetings with individuals and departments to update auditees on findings and the audit process
• Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions, and the action taken to close the audits findings
• Analyses audit results to make recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes
• Prepares reports and preserves documentation pertaining to audits for internal record
• Presents summarised findings concerning audit results and trends for different functions
