Job Description
We are a company working in the fields of Telecom, Technology, and Media. We are looking for a passionate Head Of Digital Marketing & VAS - Arabic Speaker who is positive, a great team player.
Responsibilities:
- Setup, monitor and optimise ongoing digital advertising campaigns for In-house products and external clients using Social and Ad Networks.
- Manage affiliates relations, campaign launch and performance monitoring.
- Develop and Integrate fraud monitoring tools to ensure quality and trouble-free acquisitions.
- Manage ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keywords, setting up audiences, and optimising for conversions and KPIs.
- Analyse campaign data and report on recommendations and strategy on a regular basis.
- Mobile content, Apps & Pin flow campaign type focus.
- optimise strategies and implement different versions for different markets based on performance analysis.
- Work with internal data management teams to collect online data, support data on-boarding and data integration.
- Provide and apply recommendations to improve service delivery and increase content sales (Subscriptions) to maximize its profitability.
- Arrange service delivery follow up meetings with telco operators to discuss action points and open issues to improve the service.
- Work closely with technical team (operations) to ensure suitable support for content processing, delivery and publication.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field,
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience in developing and executing strategy; digital marketing experience is a must.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English and Arabic
- Deep knowledge of digital media platforms, best practices, and market trend.
- Solid background in SEO, SEM, digital advertising and paid search.
- Highly proficient in Adjust, Facebook Ads, Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing platforms,
- Experience in analyzing and driving a mobile-first user conversion funnel via growth marketing.
Experience in developing and executing A/B tests and translating the results into valuable business insights. - Experience in remote team management,
- Ability to manage different priorities and stakeholders.
- Humble & Hungry – Highly motivated to get the task done (with excellence) while solving marketing challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management - A strong ability to manage time while multitasking on various projects and day-to-day needs.
