Senior Sales Officer

• VOO partners and supports all types of e-commerce businesses - from small to big. We are the connector between them and courier companies, ensuring smooth operations from order to delivery. As such, you must be fluent in challenges affecting the e-commerce landscape in Egypt. Experience dealing with courier companies is a significant plus ……. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue, sales and growth targets.
• Source new clients in innovative ways. This includes following leads, visiting potential clients and giving sales presentations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high quality of service delivery and getting feedback on how to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Attend any meetups / events and functions where the promotion of the company’s services is possible, preparing and giving sales presentations.
• Must develop in-depth knowledge of all company products, helping existing clients with solutions for their challenges as well as promoting products to attract new clients.
• Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Finalize sales deals & Insure KPIs are met (targets, visits, opportunities, number of new accounts)
