Job Description
- Planning and coordinating site daily different works (civil, architecture and electro-mechanic)
- Managing site resources to achieve project goals (quality, cost, time)
- Quantity Surveying works
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Job Requirements
- Civil Engineer/ Construction Engineer
- Knowledge in quality of construction and finishing works and its material
- Must be able to work in a schedule-driven environment
- Knowledge of onsite safety standards and codes
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- PMP certificate is a plus
- Experience in managing large projects
- Excellent management skills
- Able to prepare a work plan and meet deadlines on time
- Following up on other team members
- High Interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills
