Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving Sales Targets and expand the high-end Clients and brokers network.
  • Approaching new channels to attain potential leads.
  • Identifying new buying and selling opportunities.
  • Establish, develop and maintain client database including regular contact with all clients.
  • Farm allocated area for possible selling leads.
  • Advising clients on investment opportunities, market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Provide market appraisals.
  • Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
  • Coordinate showings to prospective buyers.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Attend conventions, seminars, and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
  • Successfully attain listings, negotiate the sale of property to settlement and complete appropriate paperwork.

Job Requirements

  • Min 2 years of experience as a senior property consultant in a Brokerage company
  • Good in English
  • Excellent negotiation skills 
  • Target oriented 
  • Strong sales skills
  • Owning a Car is must
