Responsible for achieving Sales Targets and expand the high-end Clients and brokers network.
Approaching new channels to attain potential leads.
Identifying new buying and selling opportunities.
Establish, develop and maintain client database including regular contact with all clients.
Farm allocated area for possible selling leads.
Advising clients on investment opportunities, market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
Provide market appraisals.
Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
Coordinate showings to prospective buyers.
Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
Attend conventions, seminars, and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
Successfully attain listings, negotiate the sale of property to settlement and complete appropriate paperwork.

Min 2 years of experience as a senior property consultant in a Brokerage company
Good in English
Excellent negotiation skills
Target oriented
Strong sales skills
Owning a Car is must
