Job Description
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets and expand the high-end Clients and brokers network.
- Approaching new channels to attain potential leads.
- Identifying new buying and selling opportunities.
- Establish, develop and maintain client database including regular contact with all clients.
- Farm allocated area for possible selling leads.
- Advising clients on investment opportunities, market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
- Provide market appraisals.
- Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
- Coordinate showings to prospective buyers.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Attend conventions, seminars, and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
- Successfully attain listings, negotiate the sale of property to settlement and complete appropriate paperwork.
Job Requirements
- Min 2 years of experience as a senior property consultant in a Brokerage company
- Good in English
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Target oriented
- Strong sales skills
- Owning a Car is must
