Job Description
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the MP Department and fix daily issues
- Prepare reports on accounts health status and fix monthly issues.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about MP behavior.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing MP, negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to your direct manager.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Liaise between the customer and the account rep. teams.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Monitor employee’s adherence to company and attendance policies
- Analyze daily / weekly Account Sales and order count
- Make sure there is no late order count daily per each account
- Maintain financial objectives alongside Account Representatives
- Training employees, assign projects, set deadlines and expectations, monitor completion/adherence tasks
- Setting into/Liaising Account Rep role during leave or absence of marketplace Account Rep as needed
- Process and complete Market Analysis for potential new products if need it.
- Make sure AR Own PST and CMT when need it.
- Monitor / Analyze Products sales and grading advise Marketing Dept
- Reviewing marketplace issues and providing solutions/remedies accordingly
- Improve procedures
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Knowledge
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Customer Service rep or relevant role.
- Solid experience with CRM software, Net Suite and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Excellent command of English language.
- Deep digital understanding.
- Understanding of marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology.
