Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven DevOps Team Lead to join our rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, as well as experience leading and managing teams in a DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and reliability of the company's infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of software products.
- Manage and maintain the company's cloud infrastructure and associated services.
- Identify and implement tools and technologies to improve the automation of software delivery processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Continuously improve the security and scalability of the company's infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and DevOps.
- Strong experience with Linux/Unix administration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
