Job Description
An opportunity is available to join a successful team of telesales representatives on e-commerce solutions.
Experience is a must; however, good business sense, attention to details, and an ambitious personality are sufficient for us to invest in long-term training.
Full training will be given.
Job tasks include:
● Making outbound calls to potential clients and presenting company services.
● Answering inbound calls from prospective clients.
● Conducting follow-up calls to existing clients.
● Recording customer details and sales information accurately in the database.
● Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.
● Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
● Preparing and sending quotations and proposals to clients.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Good knowledge of English
- Good computer skills are a plus.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
