Job Description
- The Social Media & eCommerce Specialist will work daily on social media channels & eCommerce platforms, creating content that engages customers and clients.
- Align with marketing on social media strategy.
- Plan, create, publish, and share new content in Arabic and English (including original text, images, and video,) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns.
- Reply to messages and comments from customers on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Manage eCommerce platform (add products, edit stock, edit content, etc..)
- Manage orders on social media and eCommerce platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media content, trends.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Monitor social medial channels customer engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Job Requirements
- The location in 6th of October City
- Salary range: 5,000 to 7,000 EGP
- Full-time position – 5 days per week (in office)
