Job Description
- Day-to-day supervision in the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Supervision of implementation for different field of work (as per specialty) at site as per approved drawings, methods, safety rules, codes, and method of instalment.
- Review shop drawings, materials, submittals, invoices, and inspection requests raised by the contractor.
- Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
- Review of As-Built drawings.
- Supervise the contractors (as per specialty) to follow up work progress and ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and time schedule.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil or architecture).
- Min. 5 years of experience in working in site and the finishing works.
- Ability to supervise and follow-up.
- Analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to Work under pressure.
- Details oriented.
- A knowledge of the related health and safety procedures.
- Ability to use (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet, Auto CAD, MS projects).
