Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Maintains the company brand, including messaging, tone, design, and public relations.
- Organizing and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social_media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- 7-10 years of proven working experience in marketing, at least 3 years in Real Estate field.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Creativity and commercial awareness
