Job Description

Job Summary: 

Responsibility for the staffing of in-house and freelance Interpreters around the globe.  
Staff and recruit, when needed, suitable talents within the required budget with high-quality levels. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires. 
    Implement innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each department. 
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure an adequate understanding of their hiring needs and the requirements and expectations of the job. 
  • Leverage all recruiting channels to identify and recruit the very best candidates. 
  • Help in building a comprehensive global database of Interpreters to meet continuous business needs. Respond to requests and inquiries in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum three years of experience in recruitment.
  • Excellent/Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Have a problem-solving mindset and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to work, manage, and meet competing deadlines.
  • Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment.
