Job Requirements
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1-2 years focused on recruitment and payroll management.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Hiring:
Source, screen, and hire security guards
Manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and handle onboarding processes.
2. Payroll Management:
Calculate and process employee salaries, overtime, and deductions
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with labor laws
Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
3. Attendance & Records:
Track employee attendance, leaves, and working hours
Update and maintain employee files and HR records.
4. Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
Prepare HR reports related to hiring, salaries, and attendance.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, salary calculations, and compliance with labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving abilities.
