- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Gathering information from various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with technicians, and managerial staff.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Experience:
- From 0 To 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of business use of technology

- Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and programming.
- Good business awareness with interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail
- Experience using one or two of the tracking system tools (Jira , Wrike……etc.)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business information systems, business studies, computer science/information technology, information management systems, mathematics.
