As a Commercial Director at our company, your main duty will be to plan, develop and implement commercial strategies based on our company targets and objectives with the main goal of supporting and accelerating growth.

Main Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop, plan and implement commercial plans and strategies
- Always strive to accelerate and encourage company's growth and success
- Perform market research and analyze threats and opportunities
- Look for opportunities to grow the business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and work to take advantage of those opportunities
- Evaluate and provide analysis for new products and market opportunities
- Increasing the market share for various product categories and across relevant trade channels
- Developing and implementing Go to Market policies across different channels
- Implement new customer acquisition strategies
- Manage existing client relationships
- Collaborate with, coordinate and train diverse teams such as marketing, sales and customer service
- Establish and manage long-term relationship with stakeholders
- Understand the requirements of existing customers
- Track, measure and analyze commercial metrics using KPIs
- Set Sales process cycle and auditing on the process cycle
- Set contract groundwork, contract revision and advise in liaison with the legal department
- Lead the efforts on determining pricing strategy for different products
- Manage and track expenditures, financial goals and budgets
- Analyses sales and other reports that give insight into how a company can improve performance
- Collaborate with the marketing in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the human resources for the development of efficient sales team
Job Requirements
- Previous working experience in commercial and business development roles for minimum 10 years
- Experience in Client Relationship Management
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Hands on experience in creating reporting and managing budgets
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- MA in business administration, finance or similar relevant field
- Experience in retail, banking, fintech, FMCG, eCommerce or similar verticals
