Job PurposeThe role holder is responsible for managing Brand Experience & Creative through effective plans and directions from management of Brand Management. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Job ResponsibilityStrategic and Managerial Responsibilities Participates in the development and implementation of the Brand Experience & Creative in line with the corporate objectives. Directs and manages the Brand Experience & Creative mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards. Manages and controls change in Brand Experience & Creative providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Brand Experience & CreativeCore Responsibilities Plan, design and execute the brand audit of retail experience across stc Group. Plan, design and execute Brand Communication for stc Group. Plan, design and execute the brand audit of products & services experience across stc Group. Plan, design and execute the brand audit of customer care for stc Group. Plan, design and execute the brand audit of employee experience for stc Group. Plan, design and execute the Audit and support of Employer Brand. Monitor and ensure brand communities in order to activate the brand in “events, campaigns on group level, in store” Monitor and Analyze success of Brand activation of previous campaigns Monitor and ensure venue brand activation e.g. brand instillation, brand booths, brand roll out management, testing technology devices “experiential marketing”. Plan, design and execute education programs for consumers about the product through brand activation. Plan, design and execute interactive opportunities and activities for stc audience Develop Brand Activation programs to maintain and motivate the relationship between the Brand & consumer.Job Responsibility (Cont.) Plan, design and execute the detailed brand communication (internal and external) and experience guidelines for stc Group. Plan, design and execute the audit of the brand implementation in digital touch points and provide support on implementation for stc group. Plan, design and execute a unified communication, tone of voice and verbal implementation across stc group. Brief, review, design and supervise execution of advertising campaigns for STC Group targeting internal / external stakeholders through relevant content. Review and approve advertising campaigns and content for STC Group across all (BUs & FUs & TUs ) targeting internal / external customers through relevant content. Brief, review, design and supervise execution of traditional and digital media campaigns in accordance with media strategy to promote & communicate stc brand & corporate communications Brief, review, design and supervise execution of creative theme and artwork adaptation according to ATL / BTL specification in order engage various audiences. Brief, review, design and supervise execution of creative collateral like, TVC, Animated Videos in order to support stc businesses. Review, design and execute the development of content that acts and speaks uniquely and deepens the relationship people have with stc brand.People Management Responsibilities Defines goals and key performance indicators for members of the team and ensures effective application of the stc performance management process. Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Brand Experience & Creative, in line with the business and operational plans. Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Brand Experience & CreativePerforms other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by line managerYears Of Experience8 - 10 YearsNature Of ExperiencePrior experience in the corporate brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management in telecommunication industry.Job BandManagerial jobsSkills Knowledge of advertising/ branding and the various avenues Knowledge of the concepts of marketing and branding.
