Acquire microfinance and public sector starting from negotiations, contractual agreements, integrations.
Maintain current client relationship.
Achieve monthly and yearly targets, based on company strategy.
Handle daily, weekly outdoor visits for acquiring new billers.
Conduct research to identify customer needs.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business or commerce related field of study.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
- Fintech or telecom or Banking is recommended.
Knowledge & Abilities:
- Knowledgeable of microfinance industry, fintech, acquiring billers.
- very good knowledge of budgeting and sales plans.
- Excellent sales skills, communication skills, time management skills Experience in customer handling
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Able to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work on business development opportunities with existing clients.
- Knowledge of fintech industry or another financial services.
- Strong problem-solving, Strategic partnership skills.
- Strong on planning/organizational, Analytical and presentation skills
- Good Level of English is required
