Job Description
I am looking for an experienced creative / ghost writer to join my team full-time. You'll be researching and writing stuff that hopefully inspires, educates, motivates, and sometimes even entertains lots of people all around the world.
This is the perfect role for someone hungry to learn and grow. There's no bureaucratic paperwork or super-long protocols to follow. You'll wear multiple hats, and have lots of freedom and creative control to hopefully impact millions of people.
You will be responsible for planning and writing the content for social media postings. It May range from video scripts, blog posts, long posts, quotes, and captions.
- You’ll be a full-time writing partner, turning recordings (of youtube videos, short videos on social media, meetings, voice notes, interviews, podcasts, coaching sessions, etc) into written content for use either internally for the team, or publicly across our platforms (eg: website, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc)
- Researching and writing scripts for educational YouTube videos and articles, you will take topics suggestions and do some research, find relevant scientific papers, and formulate a video structure + script which can then be turned into a blog post/article.
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ghostwriting various other things including eBooks, courses, digital downloads, lead magnets, etc.
- Plan and repurpose video content into different formats (video scripts, blog posts, quotes, etc)
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)

Forma FIT is one of the largest health and fitness sites and youtube channels.
Its main goal is to be the primary source of information for people looking to live a healthy life and become the best and the strongest version of themselves through the latest and most accurate scientific information in the field of health and fitness.
In 4 years, the YouTube channel's grown to 700 thousand subscribers, with more than 30 million views of our videos and content, with hundreds of thousands of followers on other platforms.
The medium-term aim is to triple our free content production, make it great, and put it out for free across our social platforms. We offer paid online courses to fund our business operations and help us create (hopefully) world-class free content.
You'll be joining a small, dynamic, friendly team who don't believe in red tape and try our best to have fun every day.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role.
- Portfolio of published articles.
- Experience with PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and creating presentation decks preferred.
- You enjoy moving fast and thinking on your feet. This isn't really a position for someone who likes to spend a lot of time working on stuff to perfect the details.
- You're able to work to shared deadlines and have content ready to publish when it’s needed, always looking to stay ahead of the game.
- Ability to work well with a variety of people, calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
