Job Description
- Design, develop and update training material, training aids, and assessment tests based on the identified training needs and source training material
- Conduct training assessment for every Sales Executive
- Conduct sales training for every sales executive
- Conduct sales training for the new hires
- Perform post training evaluation for training sessions, and follow up on knowledge transfer to the staff
- Provide On-job training in the showrooms for sales team
Job Requirements
- Automotive Background is a must
- English fluency
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales training
- Prefer Mechanical engineering background
