Job Description
The Product Manager is expected to:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
- Pitch solutions and ideas to CXO’s.
- Act as an advocate for the product inside and outside the company.
- Develop core positioning and messaging for the product in coordination with marketing.
- Perform product demos to customers
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Product Manager in a financial institution
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Technical background, with experience in Finance and Banking Solutions
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Must be able to travel 20% of the time
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
